Luther Vandross passed away

One of my favorite R&B artists passed away today. Like many black homes in my generation Luther's music was very much a part of the architecture. His voice will be missed. My prayers and thoughts go out to his family

i had a mind to blog about luther's passing myself; i'm glad you did.

i'll never forget the time when i was in china and had to entertain several students for a while. i put my friend david up to singing always and forever to those kids!

here and now was also one of my favorites. it's a sad thing that he passed so early . . . .
